Nika creates a ticket on the Trello in "No pricing submitted yet" column

Nika and Jodi meet with the fabricator show the sample of QT and discuss how their tool will look like, after this meeting we know for sure what products to include into the price

Nika and Jodi send a price and set a next meeting in a week (that may motivate a client to send us price faster) If the price is not submitted during this meeting we will walk the client one more time through it and help to start filling it in

Price has been submitted, we start building processwith weekly meetings, the ticket goes to Enterprise column

When the tool is build we request the clien final approvement

Right before the onbording meeting Nika creates the users

Ask them do they need a seccion with Oksana to get more leads

In case we need additional information - Nika discusses it with the clients during the meetings
